NextCore Tech is looking for a motivated WordPress Developer Intern to support our team in building and maintaining modern, responsive websites for our company and clients. This role is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in WordPress development, theme customization, and basic front-end work in a real client environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, customizing, and updating WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Implement page designs using builders (such as Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) and ensure mobile responsiveness.
- Perform content updates, basic SEO-friendly structuring, and website optimizations (speed, basic security).
- Troubleshoot and fix layout or functional issues on WordPress sites under guidance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement new sections, features, and landing pages.
Requirements:
- Basic experience with WordPress (installing themes/plugins, editing pages, etc.).
- Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and an interest in PHP or JavaScript is a plus.
- Eye for clean layouts, usability, and responsive design.
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work independently on assigned tasks.
